Cancellation Policy

Tickets may be cancelled only if cancellation is permitted for the respective event or movie.

Cancellation requests must be made before the permitted cutoff time.

Once the show has started, tickets cannot be cancelled.

If a cancellation is approved, the applicable refund policy will apply.
